Information:
Dr. No uses a swamp vehicle painted like a dragon and outfitted with a flame thrower to frighten away visitors to Crab Key. Both Honey Ryder and Quarrel know of the 'dragon' and fear it. When Bond, Honey and Quarrel enter the island's swamplands, the dragon tank hunts them down. The dragon's flame-thrower burns Quarrel to death, and Dr. No's men apture Bond and Honey. 

In the novel, the dragon tank incinerates two wardens fro the Audubon Society who live on Crab Key to monitor a population of roseate spoonbills. This initiates 007's battle with Dr. No.

In Kingston, James Bond rents a marine blue Sunbeam Alpine Series II Sports Tourer convertible and drives it to secretary Tiss Taro's house in Jamaica's Blue Mountains. A hearse carrying Dr. No's Three Blind Mice assassins accelerates behind Bond, attempting to run his Sunbeam off the cliffside road. Bond spots an angledozer ahead doing road repairs. He drives the Sunbeam under the angledozer's shovel-arm, which spans the road. Too high to follow, the hearse veers off the road and crashes in flames.
