The announcement comes after another title was rejected, shortly before the cast were announced. The original title was "A Reason to Die". 

In NO TIME TO DIE, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

Earlier today it was announced that Sir Roger Moore had passed away in his home in Switzerland, aged 89. He will be remembered by most as the iconic character James Bond in a total of 7 films. 

He was the son of a London police officer, born on 14 October 1927 and was one of many to be evacuated during the Second World War. 

Moore started his acting career during his time at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, appearing in Brian Hurst's Trottie True and in 1954 signed up to MGM. He started acting in telelvision in the late 50s, starring in such hit shows as Ivanhoe, Maverick, The Persuaders and (most notably) The Saint. The latter role gave way for his acting style for the part of James Bond, which he took up in 1973. During his tenure as Agent 007 he performed with other famous actors including Richard Kiel, Lois Maxwell and Christopher Lee; all of whom he considered very close friends. 

In 1999 he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his charity work with UNICEF and was later given a star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

Sir Roger Moore will be forever remembered,

Unfortunately, it is unknown whether Daniel Craig himself will be returning for a fifth outing as he stated shortly after filming was completed on SPECTRE that he "would rather slash [his] wrists." Sam Mendes also dropped a hint when he said that the last film was "completion."

Let's keep our fingers crossed for his return in Bond 25.

The announcement was made on the official 007 Twitter page. The title song will be called "Writing's On The Wall".It has been long rumoured that Sam Smith was singing the title song but the 23 year old artist had to keep his involvement secret. 

It was assumed that Smith was collaborating on the song with Ellie Goulding, but it seems that is not the case. Following the announcement, Smith was interviewed by Reuter and asked him on the style of the song. 

Sam Smith will be the first solo male performer of a Bond theme since 'You Know My Name' was recorded by Chris Cornell in 2006's 'Casino Royale'. 

Bond fans will have to wait until the 25th September to hear the song when it will be available for purchase.
